A well-planned vegetarian diet is a healthy way to meet your nutritional needs.
I follow a diet very similar to the vegetarian one with the difference that I still have little consumption of seafood, in my diet I include vitamins and a lot of water consumption, I try to eat grains as much as possible and create a variety of delicious recipes with them. I love animals and personally try to avoid consuming them, it was my own decision and I'm happy I made it.
